に もらいます / から もらいます
Naming who or what you received from, when the giver is an organisation rather than a person.
~から もらいます vs ~に もらいます: Use から. に and から are both fine for a person (友達にもらった / 友達からもらった), but only から works for a company, a school or an office, where に would read as marking a destination instead of a source.
もらう / いただく
Saying you received something from someone senior to you.
Nounをいただく vs Noun もらう: Use いただく. It is the humble counterpart of もらう and lowers you relative to the giver, which is what politeness needs here. The direction is identical; only your position in it changes.
