Verb-ますstem + 次第です (or Noun + 次第です)
Explanation
「~次第です」 is frequently used in more formal contexts, either to mean that something depends on certain conditions or to indicate an action will happen as soon as something else is completed. It’s also used as a set phrase to conclude an explanation in writing.
