〜nazenara

Explanation

The ～なぜなら grammar point is used to provide a reason or explanation for a preceding statement or situation. It can be translated as 'because' or 'the reason is' in English. It is often followed by から or だから to emphasize the reason or cause.

Example sentences

  • I love this restaurant because the food is delicious.

    Kono resutoran ga daisuki da. Nazenara ryouri ga oishii kara.

  • She didn't pass the exam because she didn't study.

    Kanojo wa shiken ni goukaku shinakatta. Nazenara benkyou shinakatta kara.

  • I won't go to see a movie because I am busy today.
